What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at American Adventure Lab?

- Conversing with customers over phone, email, web chat, social media, etc.
- Reporting updates on orders to customers
- Taking orders over the phone via our ecommerce website
Requirements:

Experience with off-road and adventure products is a huge plus.
Experience with social media business conversations is a plus.
Work hours are 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday on site in St George, UT.
Product knowledge training will be provided on-site.
This role has a direct growth path to our Marketing Department. Over the next couple of years, we expect to double our staff, including the marketing department. This role would be preferred to move into a full time marketing position when available.
