What We're Looking For :
The Community Manager will be responsible for cultivating an active, loyal, and positive community that amplifies our brand values, supports growth, and strengthens relationships with our online and in-person audience.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Actively manage and grow Happy V's online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand, and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for creative commenting and viral engagement to insert Happy V into cultural conversations.
- Maintain brand voice on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Cultivate our VIP community for loyal fans and customers.
- Update and optimize our social response guide.
- Analyze and execute new ways to improve customer engagement.
- Partner with the marketing, creative, and product teams to execute cohesive campaigns that support product launches, brand moments, and key initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Communicate core brand messaging and support overall marketing efforts (such as influencer activations and product launches).
- Escalate consumer inbounds to key channel leads.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on community metrics and insights.
- Propose effective strategies for community growth and enhanced engagement.
- Help coordinate in-person community events and engage with community members at our IRL events.
- Provide weekly updates on community insights, trending conversations, comments, and complaints on our social channels (or competitor channels) for reporting.
