Responsibilities :

  • Analyzing marketing programs
  • Developing tactics to meet changing competitive conditions
  • Personally interacting with customers
  • Supervising gaming hosts
  • Working towards the optimization of team strategy for growing active game players.
  • Establishing and aligning key performance indicators
  • Ensuring seamless campaign execution for bookings and onboard activities
  • Supporting and enhancing the acquisition of new casino players
  • Collaborating with the Global Casino Marketing team to develop and implement revenue optimizing initiatives
  • Developing, deploying, and reporting on strategic marketing initiatives
  • Managing tactical marketing initiatives to drive success in the casino onboard business.
  • Hiring, training, and supervising casino staff
  • Developing and executing marketing and promotional strategies
  • Attracting new customers and retaining existing ones through loyalty programs and special events.
  • Developing and executing strategic marketing plans
  • Managing casino marketing, special events, promotions, rewards club, and player development.
