JOB TITLE : eCommerce Performance Marketing ManagerLOCATION : Parsippany, NY (hybrid onsite 2-3 days per week is a must)PAY RATE : $50-$55ph (w2)START DATE : asapDURATION : 10 / 28 / 2025 (approx. 11-12 months)HOURS : 40 hours per week, M-FJOB SUMMARY : Our food & beverage client is looking for an eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager professional to join their growing team.Responsibilities : Work closely with agencies to build Search plans for everyday & seasonal campaigns on retailer.comEducate agencies on brand / SKUs objectives and customer priorities to stay aligned with internal goalsEnsure alignment to strategic objectives and focus on maximizing sales, ROAS and performance KPIsBuild a Test & Learn program and repository of best practices to establish a gold standard of Retail Digital performance marketing executionFamiliar with Amazon AMS, Walmart Connect, KPM, Instacart & Roundel UIsAssist with eCommerce Content management needs across platforms including Salsify, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Item 360 and Target PipelineServe as an internal Retail eCommerce performance marketing expert to champion and advocate the importance of eComm via continued education and knowledge sharingMonitor and analyze competitor / external activities on digital-centric initiatives (innovation / communication) identifying best practicesUtilize content monitoring tools to perform content audits allowing for optimization requests and alignment to brand content strategyBuild a strong partnership with Sales and Brand teams to keep them aware of upcoming campaign launches, ongoing performance and performance resultsHere's what you'll need to qualify : A minimum of 3 years of eCommerce digital marketing experienceMust have experience with launching and optimizing Digital Search campaigns (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart etc.)CPG industry experience a plusMust have team-management experience or agency-management experience to be successful in this roleMust have experience working with a product information management system (e.g. Salsify or website CMS) and content management tools (e.g. Profitero)A strong performance driver with performance marketing mindset to maximize efficiency using innovative approaches#J-18808-Ljbffr
