You will provide Palm Bay International with design and print support creating marketing & sales collateral and POS.Responsibilities / Essential Functions : Work with the Creative Director, Production Manager and Graphic Designers in the development of marketing and sales collateral such as advertisements, sell sheets, event materials, displays, digital media content and a vast assortment of Point-of-Sale materials for the marketplace.Operate in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative structure that includes marketing and sales teams.Motivated to make an impact in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere.Ability to explain design choices with strategic rationale.A self-driven approach to problem solving, but able to take direction and demonstrate solutions.Liaise with external vendors for production of print collateral.Desire to learn and experience various aspects of design, print production and digital content creation.Assist with hands-on production in on-site Print Shop.Identify and resolve production issues and escalate as appropriate.Organize, maintain, and oversee the department’s archive of creative materials.Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing workflow and working with tight deadlines.Superior time-management, organization and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Administrative and additional support tasks as needed.Qualifications / Requirements : BFA, Graphic Design preferred4 – 6 years design experienceExceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesignProficiency with Spark, After Effects and animation a plusStrong interest in the field of Advertising and MarketingA keen eye for compelling design patterns, imagery and trendsExcellent visual, written and verbal communication skillsPalm Bay International is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
