Position Objective :
The HVAC Sales Service Coordinator coordinates filter service jobs for the AAF International New Jersey Branch to increase service business in the market.
Key Accountabilities :
- Coordinate and schedule filter service jobs with customers.
- Order filters and material needs for jobs.
- Create Service Tickets.
- Perform filter surveys maintain relationship and check on AHUs.
- Perform filter surveys
- Direct reports include the service technicians.
- Develop service portfolio to support business growth to serve current and future target markets.
- Maintain service estimate tool for region, including evaluation of current service technician salaries.
- Maintain utilization schedule of technicians monthly to determine productivity and training needed to improve technician productivity.
- Support and review National Service Safety protocols, provide feedback.
- Maintain OHSA 10 annual training for self and the team.
- Drive increased utilization, revenue per head, margin and training from an overall organizational point of view.
- Ensure service strategy is closely aligned with US branch business unit strategies. Work closely with Service Director and District Sales Managers on region goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
