Description : PURPOSE OF POSITION
The production line lead will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily production activities of a production line. This key position with the production team will ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.
- Load rolls of chipboard on machine ensuring continuous supply of material
- Keep accurate records of hourly production numbers and scrap
- Inspect filters and filter packaging at various stages of production, making corrections as necessary.
- Assist with providing raw materials to the production line to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing.
- Sets up line for the filter manufacturing.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management to support production goals
