HVAC INSTALLATION TEAM LEADER : YOUR ROLE
When you join our air conditioning and heating company as an HVAC Installation Team Leader, your day begins with ensuring your company vehicle is in top condition before heading out. You review instructions from your supervisor, organize your team, and take charge of each project from start to finish. You expertly oversee every aspect of the job, ensuring it is completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards. Maintaining strong, professional relationships with builders, customers, and subcontractors is a key part of your installer role and training new team members to excel. From completing the necessary paperwork to addressing any issues with tools or equipment, you handle each responsibility with a commitment to professionalism and excellence.

YOUR SCHEDULE
While working in this heating and air conditioning installer position, you can expect to work from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, with occasional weekends and evenings . You also begin later on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 8 : 00 AM !
