Normal working hours are Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm with some nights and weekends as needed.

WHAT DOES A LEAD HVAC TECHNICIAN NEED?
CAN YOU PERFORM THIS JOB?
Our Lead HVAC Technician manages field service operations, trains technicians, and implements new strategies for cutting costs, driving revenue, and meeting goals. You're motivated to complete quality work and deliver outstanding customer service, and you help your team meet our high expectations. Supporting our techs' growth, you ensure all staff are properly trained and help them earn certifications. You maintain a well-stocked inventory, present training seminars, and demonstrate how to select the appropriate charges from the flat rate book. If techs run into any issues in the field or have questions, you help them out however you can.
Another key goal is to drive revenue, and you partner with our service manager to identify cost-saving opportunities. You address warranty issues, review callbacks, and ride with technicians to help improve service and reduce customer complaints. You also get hands-on with our customers' equipment and perform high-quality repair, replacement, and maintenance services. Responding to the first call of the day, you inspect heating and air conditioning systems, troubleshoot issues, and explain service options to the customer. You make recommendations, promote new equipment, complete required paperwork, and educate clients about our maintenance agreement programs. Maintaining a professional attitude and a clean work truck, you help further our reputation for excellence!
