Synthesize business problems, identify strategic options, define outcomes, and gain consensus among senior leadership on key IOC initiativesConnect the vision with the tangible pieces that enable its fulfillmentIdentify current and future opportunities, compiling and presenting cross-functional impacts, aligning and prioritizing with business owners, finance, and IT counterparts, and monitors the status outcomesEnable teams and leaders to connect the dots between the various initiatives within a larger planBe the link between business and IT teams across organizations to bring about consistency and synergies on technology in-use and in developmentEnsure clarity of business requirements from stakeholders to enable proper planning and design of new initiativesMonitor and provide updates to senior leadershipGather information from internal and external sources, using various research methodsProject manage transformational initiatives, building detailed project plans, facilitating meetings and following up with key stakeholdersCreate KPIs and project dashboards to monitor progressProvide analytical support by reviewing data, drawing insights and presenting findingsDevelop and deliver presentations to leaders and working groupsManage ad hoc projects as required – ranging from small requests to multi-year projectsCollaborate with internal customers to better understand their needs and be able to communicate them to otherAll you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
