- You will shape the vision and roadmap for our web platform capabilities while partnering with engineering teams to deliver reusable components, tools and frameworks that that accelerate front-end development
- You'll balance technical understanding with business context to identify opportunities for platform enhancement, improve developer experience, and ensure our web architecture can scale effectively across product teams.

You will conceptualize, define and deliver the foundation of American’s mobile application, bridging the gap across business, products and IT.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience / training
Masters of Business Administration
Mobile and travel / airline experience
Understanding mobile app best practices and how these can be leveraged to drive customer engagement
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
