- Oversees financial planning and budgeting for the Technology division
- Provides analytical support for strategic and financial initiatives and drives technology investment insights and analysis across all business units
- Facilitates prioritization decisions on strategic technology investments
- Partners with division leaders to seek profit and operational improvement initiatives
- Reports monthly financial performance and coordinates with division leaders and Corporate Finance on various cost control, strategic, and financial initiatives
- Coordinates and prepares annual operating, capital, and headcount budgets
- Assists division leaders in the analysis of operating expense and headcount requests
- Leads team in accomplishment of these responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Demonstrates the highest standards of personal ethics and integrity
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience/training; advanced degree (MBA) or advanced certification (CPA) preferred
- 7 years of Finance or related leadership experience
- Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills and build collaborative relationships with, and consensus among, multiple stakeholders with varying points of view
- Ability to coach, mentor, and serve as a role model for all Finance team members
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively and clearly communicate a strategic and tactical vision to all levels within the organization
- Ability to explain financial and accounting concepts to non-financial audiences
- Experience with budget tracking, variance reporting, and cost analysis, as well as developing and reporting performance metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software products, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
