The Director, Division Finance oversees all aspects of the division operating, capital, and headcount planning process and coordinates budget and financial results with Corporate Finance, Division Senior Management, and Corporate Accounting to ensure compliance with corporate financial guidelines, policies, and procedures.
This Director position supports the CDIO’s organization and oversees all financial aspects of Information Technology. In addition, this team supports the product funding model, product taxonomy, and technology investments across all business units.

- Oversees financial planning and budgeting for the Technology division
- Provides analytical support for strategic and financial initiatives and drives technology investment insights and analysis across all business units
- Facilitates prioritization decisions on strategic technology investments
- Partners with division leaders to seek profit and operational improvement initiatives
- Reports monthly financial performance and coordinates with division leaders and Corporate Finance on various cost control, strategic, and financial initiatives
- Coordinates and prepares annual operating, capital, and headcount budgets
- Assists division leaders in the analysis of operating expense and headcount requests
- Leads team in accomplishment of these responsibilities
