What you'll do

Leads schedule planning processes for a multitude of training types (recurrent, transition, operating experience, etc.)Develops processes and strategies for smart and efficient utilization of resourcesAdvocates the technology and resource needs from planning perspectiveDevelops and delivers best practices for enterprise resource planningLeads strategies to optimize training cycle time, instructor quality of life and operational reliabilityLeads a team of planners through the monthly bid processLeads the management and administration of pilot training scheduling systemAd-hoc analysis and support as necessaryAll you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent training / experience5 years of relevant experienceProven analytical decision making experiencePreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
