This job is a member of the Servicing Operations team within the American Airlines Credit Union. The role is responsible for providing excellent service to members and front line staff with the servicing of titles for American Airlines Credit Union.
What you'll do
- Answer department ACD calls from members
- Perform clerical duties necessary to perfect security liens, title transfers and lien releases
- Review, maintain and track title files and reports
- Assist members and Credit Union staff with title processing, ownership transfer, state filings and lien recordings
- Interact with field staff via telephone, e-mail and fax
- Interact with various state motor vehicle departments
- Review loan documents for accuracy and legality
- Create and promote positive name recognition for the Credit Union
- Research member inquiries and provide solutions as required in a timely manner
- Foster a culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence and relationship building within the overall organization
- Cross-train on Member Services Representative duties to provide coverage for teller line during morning hours, lunches, vacation and Saturday rotations (if position is located in a Branch location)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his / her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.
