This job is a member of the Flight Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
Responsible for the planning, scheduling and administering of pilots for Operating Experience, Line Checks and all flight line currency requirements in compliance with Company and Federal Regulations.

What you'll do

Oversees daily operation of pilot flight line qualifications

Monitors and fully administers Operating Experience and currency for line pilots

Monitors and fully administers Check Airmen schedules daily ensuring adequate coverage

Coordinates with FAA involvement in pilot training and currency

Coordinates with Crew Schedule to provide Check Airmen for non-qualified line pilots and resolving line pilot currency issues

Updates Check Airman and pilot–in-training data and schedules in a variety of applications, databases and Flight Operations System

Other tasks as assigned by the Flight Standards Schedules Manager

Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

High School diploma or GED equivalency

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience / training

3 years of Crew Schedule or Training / Qualifications experience

Advanced Flight Operations System / CREWS knowledge and experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (required) and Access (preferred)

Ability to handle shifting priorities and work independently
