Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention: Manage and execute customer retention strategies, engaging with clients to understand and address their unique needs, resolve issues, and reduce cancellations.

- Inbound & Outbound Engagement: Manage inbound inquiries and proactively follow up on leads via outbound calls, emails, and other channels to qualify and convert opportunities. Meet or exceed established inbound and outbound performance targets, including metrics related to customer outreach.
