What are the responsibilities and job description for the Press Brake Operator (4/10's day shift) position at American Alloy?

- Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 am - 4:30 pm
*Operate, and setup Amada CNC and manual press brakes 5 years of experience.
*Deburr laser cut parts, tap holes, prioritize and organize jobs for press brake.
*Provide quality assurance testing of departmental parts.
*Perform other duties as assigned.
*Possess a keen sense of attention to detail.
*Process effective written and verbal communication skills.
*Keep work environment clean, safe and orderly.
*Communicate to management about machinery and quality issues as they arise
Qualifications:
*5 plus years’ experience in metal fabrication.
*Ability to read manufacturing blueprints.
*Ability to operate machinery, forklift, and various shop tools.
*Able to perform quality inspections using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
*Ability to regularly lift and/ or move up to 30 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
*Ability to work in confined spaces.
*Ability to work in environments with exposure to dust, and fumes.
*Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, vision protection and possibly a hard hat.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
