Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customers' primary point of contact. Your role is critical in ensuring that they receive the best possible experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch support.
- Expedite sales orders, including the entire process from entry to shipment.
- Manage customer accounts, keeping records of customer interactions, complaints, and transactions, including details of all actions taken.
- Develop new and existing customers to achieve sales goals, including making cold call/ re-establishment calls to promote AAE’s products and services to potential customers.
- Cross-train, learn, and support other functions or processes as required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sales background and possess the ability to establish personal relationships with customers.
- Meeting deadlines and remaining flexible under pressure is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
Experience Requirements:
- Three years of customer service experience.
Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Able to work in an office environment with extensive time on the computer.
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
