Florida Gulf Coast University’s (FGCU) Marieb College of Health & Human Services (MCHHS) and the School of Nursing invite nominations, inquiries, and applications for the Assistant Director position. The Assistant Director will report directly to Dr. Brenda Hage, Director of the FGCU SON & Southwest Florida Endowed Chair and will serve as a School of Nursing Administrative Team member. The Assistant Director will provide support to the Director of the SON in effective leadership in implementing the school's vision, mission, strategic plan, and core values.
The ideal candidate for this role will be deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. The new assistant director will be an experienced, motivated, and a visionary leader, as the school is expected to expand rapidly over the next several years. This individual must be forward-thinking and possess strong strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to manage the school's logistics.
