- Oversee BSN & MSN program administration, faculty training, and student support.
- Lead accreditation compliance, curriculum development, and academic planning.
- Manage budgeting, hiring, and program resources.
- Drive student recruitment, retention, and completion strategies.
- Supervise graduate coordinators, staff, and graduate assistants.
- Unencumbered New Mexico RN license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Doctoral degree (PhD, EdD, or DNP) and Master’s in Nursing.
- 3 years of teaching & nursing practice experience.
- Leadership experience in program administration, curriculum design, and research.
- Familiarity with ACEN accreditation standards (preferred).
- Entrepreneurial approach to nursing education and research.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in online program development and supporting diverse student populations.
