- Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits to assess project conditions
- Work closely with project managers and field teams to plan and schedule projects
- Interface with field crews and provide backup support as needed
- Manage procurement of equipment and materials as needed
- Support CEO, VP, and other employees with daily operational tasks and project tracking
- Maintain up-to-date records of bids, proposals, and awarded projects
Requirements
We require someone with 2-3 years of experience working in heavy site-civil construction (field experience, estimating, or project coordination preferred). Knowledge of site work, paving, drainage, or sports facility construction is a plus. Proficiency in project scheduling applications (Gantt Project or others) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bid2Win software (or willingness to learn) is required.
