POSITION SUMMARY:

We seek a Customer Marketing Specialist to enhance customer engagement and retention through targeted marketing initiatives. This role will serve as a key liaison between our marketing team, auctions, and customers, ensuring they receive relevant updates, resources, and engagement opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for key customers, providing updates and resources to strengthen relationships.
  • Planned and executed customer-focused marketing campaigns to drive loyalty and engagement.
  • Collect and communicate customer requests to auctions, ensuring they follow through.
  • Use customer insights and data analytics to personalize messaging
  • Track, measure, and present campaign performance insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer engagement teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs.
  • Assist in the development and execution of customer marketing campaigns using Marketo, including email nurturing and automation workflows.
  • Design and maintain auction-specific consignor templates in Canva to support marketing consistency.
  • Listen to customer feedback and recommend marketing updates as needed
  • Develop branded marketing templates for America’s Auto Auction locations to ensure a standardized approach.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements:


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Marketo preferred) and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools for creating marketing materials.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on marketing performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
