America's Auto Auction - is looking for a Digital Sales Representative. The Digital Sales Representative overall goal is to aid in the generation of revenue through the fees charged to customers for selling and providing a marketplace to purchase automobiles in a well-perceived and positive manner on-line. The Sales Representative exhibits superior customer service at all times.
What You Will Do:
- Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
- Always exhibit ‘hands on’ and direct approach with customers.
- Distribute marketing material as needed to promote the sale and its digital services.
- Accurately account for your daily dealer visits by updating real time via SalesForce data capturing.
- Maintain an accurate and current business card directory for territory.
- Build and maintain Selling dealer ‘relationships’.
- Recapture Selling dealers that have been lost and promote our digital initiatives.
- Develop and follow-up on new leads as potential new on-line Sellers.
- Coordinate enrollment, vehicle listings, sales and post-sale follow up with digital Sellers.
- Have a clear understanding of vehicle values and condition to assist Sellers in proper listings.
- Ensure all receipts are turned in for any credit card or personal expenditures.
- Maintain planning calendar, sharing with other sales team members to promote dual sales calls.
- Maintain existing Selling digital dealer base through the building of professional relationships to increase the amount of transactions.
- Selling of all other ancillary auction services to dealers.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of digital inventory at all times.
- Assist customers with questions and concerns at the auction and on the road.
- Work well independently developing your territory, as well as being a team player.
- Report to Management in a timely manner any issues that may be detrimental to the success of operations.
- Performs other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma, some college preferred.
- Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience, preferred in the wholesale automotive field, with a focus in digital marketing and on-line sales.
- Skills: Should be highly organized, self-motivated and self-disciplined. Highly goal and customer service orientated. Computer proficient. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Be high energy and be highly motivated to succeed. Know vehicle values and condition. Prior wholesale relationships preferred.
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Environment: The environment of the Sales Representative involves working outside of the office for the majority of the time on the road in their designated territory calling on all licensed dealers. Those working in this position are subject to temperature changes, weather conditions, elevated noise levels and at times fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust at times
