The POSITION NAME earns competitive compensation from $21-$24/hr*

This is a REMOTE position unless residing within 50 miles of St. Peters, MO. 

Responsibilities

What You Will Do in This Role

• Answer phones in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Review and be able to explain contract coverage terms and conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Adjudicate claims according to coverage terms and standard operating procedures.
• Document files to include all key activities of the adjudication process and coverage determination.
• Provide accurate and timely information to all external and internal customers concerning claim status and other claim inquires.
• Recommend further action on claims exceeding authority limits.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new employees as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Able to comprehend and carry out verbal instructions.
• Basic knowledge of: Internet Software; Spreadsheet Software (Microsoft Excel); Contract Management Systems; Word Processing Software (Microsoft Word); Electric Mail Software (Microsoft Outlook).
• The ability to hardwire your computer to a router or ethernet jack.
• Internet speed a minimum of 50 MBps download and 10 MBps upload.

Required Education/Certifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Two years automotive mechanical experience and/or training as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, Tech, or Mechanical Claims Adjuster required.
