Salary : $100,000-$120,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to facilitate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional project coordination abilities, and an understanding of construction management principles. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Job

  • Assist the lead estimators in preparing accurate and comprehensive cost

estimates for projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and

subcontractor costs.

  • Manage the construction project process from start to finish, including analyzing

    • project requirements, soliciting bids from vendors and subcontractors, and preparing

    detailed bid proposals.

  • Cost Analysis : Conduct thorough and value engineering assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance project profitability.
  • Risk Assessment : Evaluate project risks and uncertainties, providing insights and

    • recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

  • Collaboration : Collaborate closely with other project managers and project review meetings

    • and other stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions and strategies for the project

    execution.

  • Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project estimates, bids,

    • vendor pricing and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry

    regulations.

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using construction management software such as Computer Ease
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Prepare estimates and manage project costs effectively.

  • Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
  • Strong skills in project coordination and time management are required.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating practices.
  • Proficiency in using Bluebeam, Computer Ease, and other construction management software.
  • Knowledge of schematics, contracts, and overall construction processes is necessary for success in this role.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are critical for effective project oversight.
  • Has a Bachelors degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field orequivalent years of experience.
  • Has a solid understanding of construction estimation techniques, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and bid preparation.
