American Bank is seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and building relationships with customers over the phone and through an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and perform transactions including by not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and accepting loan payments both over the phone and through an ITM
- Listen to customers and review current relationships to offer products and services best suited to fit their needs
- Review online banking applications, process bill pay applications, remote deposit capture batches and review and approve mobile deposit transactions
- Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve customer online banking issues
- Receive, research and resolve customer inquiries about their accounts

- At least 1 year of banking experience required
