American Bank is seeking a highly motivated Teller Supervisor. The ideal candidate must be well organized, flexible and self-directed, with excellent judgment. This position will provide employee leadership, guidance and training to achieve a high level of job knowledge and professional development in order for their team to deliver a superior customer experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise flow of branch to ensure operating schedules, processes and procedures are met
- Focus on operation functions including sales, loss control, compliance, customer service and audit controls
- Coach and develop Tellers
- Shares a team vision and fosters open communication with staff and is a positive role model for all employees
- Participate in planning and conducting of operational and service staff meetings
- Review existing procedures and recommend improvements
- Collaborate on rollout and implementation of new and updated processes and procedures

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years of related experience
- 2 years’ experience in financial services industry
- Knowledge of bank operations including functions, products, services and regulations
