Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Bank Teller who is committed to the Company's Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to promote the bank's services and assist customers with their financial needs.
This position will report to our Pueblo Branch in Pueblo, CO. The shift needed is M-F 11:30am - 4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a variety of routine financial transactions including check cashing, withdrawals, and deposits
- Manage and balance cash drawer
- Promote the bank's services and direct customers to appropriate departments for specialized services
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
