The Part Time Staff Accountant will report to ABEF’s Division Controller and will play an integral role in ensuring that financial records and statements follow GAAP. They will also be responsible for presenting timely and accurate ad-hoc reports to management. They will process daily cash transactions and ensure that timely balance sheet reconciliations are prepared. This is a key accounting role within the organization that is heavily relied upon by management.
Responsibilities :
- Perform various accounting tasks
- Enter cash receipts
- Create manual journal entries
- Create miscellaneous invoices
- Perform month end reconciliations
- Work closely with Sr Accountant to process cash and research variances
- Assist Division Controller with audit topics and data gathering
- Other ad-hoc work
