We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Menahga, MN. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in organizing and enhancing daily operations at a manufacturing location. This role requires completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner, serving as a key member of the management support team.
Responsibilities:
- HR-related tasks: review timecards, labor reports, update time off balances and attendance tracking, employee recognition, and new hire onboarding.
- EHS-related tasks: safety inspection and reporting findings, accident and near miss tracking, emission monitoring, facilitating safety meetings, conducting safety training, managing SDS, and workers' compensation.
- Quality/Warranty-related tasks: work order management and quality tracker management.
- General office-related tasks: answering phone calls, petty cash management, inventory management, shipping logistics tracking, and cost savings tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Strong understanding and respect for Customer Service, upstream, and downstream.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- ERP System Administration experience.
