We are currently seeking to add a Customer Account Specialist to our team in Arlington, TX. This position is responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain customer records, track order status, and provide updates as needed.
- Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Document and track progress of inquiries to ensure adherence to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Level Agreements, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards.
- Complete other administrative duties as assigned to ensure the flow of work within the department.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales support.
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable working in an office setting, including frequent interaction with others.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
