The Project Management team works directly with jobsite personnel to proactively manage their expectations, identify and solve problems, and provide proactive information that will aid in their decision making. Our work is important to build lasting relationships that open the doors for additional opportunities.
Just as important are the relationships we build internally with plant managers, schedulers, customer care, warranty, and the various sales departments. Working with outside sales representatives and wholesalers is also vital to our success.
Primary responsibilities include:
· Tracking and managing jobsite orders from beginning to end
· Monthly calls with territory sales reps to track job quotes
· Researching and creating leads for sales teams
· Serving as an expert resource for product and process knowledge
· Virtual and in-person engagement with internal and external customers
· Working closely with territory salespeople to help achieve sales goals

· Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to read and interpret documents related to products
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage several products simultaneously

· Excellent communicator with emphasis on relationships
