Position Summary:
Work in a team production based setting to assemble and produce products to meet customer requirements and expectations. This is an exciting 1st shirt opportunity charged with assisting operations launch and assemble new products in accordance with daily and weekly build schedules.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assembly products to customer requirements and company goals
- Adhere to corporate, federal and state employment policies.
- Adhere to all company policies and rules.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Perform Preventive maintenance / maintenance activities to support TPM
- Lead efforts in developing, implementing and maintaining the TPM system
- Support MRO Planner with daily activities
- Adhere too and support compliance to ergonomic guidelines
- Participate when required in PFMEA and work instruction reviews
- Identify and support continuous improvement projects (e.g. cost reduction, efficiency improvements, etc.)
- Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment
- Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and policies 13. Support weekend and off shift work as required
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred manufacturing experience
- Able to lift 35 lbs.
- Able to continuously stand, bend, squat and reach
- Working knowledge of quality system such as ISO 9001
- Adhere to all company policies and rules
- Able to work in a team environment
