Job Summary
The Purchasing Administrative Co-op Admin is responsible for assisting the Purchasing Team with administrative support requests. Support includes tasks relating to updating data in an ERP system, expediting and follow-up on Purchase orders.
Responsibilities
- Assist with PLEX updates relating to closing purchase orders.
- Assist with gathering documentation and verifying material for drop shipped items is received into the system.
- Assist with the PFEP costing.
- Assist buyers with sending quote packages to suppliers.
- General administrative tasks.
- Report the progress of tasks on a regular basis.
- Follow and adhere to all safety procedures.
- Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Predictable and reliable attendance.
