Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Accounting Assistant role located in Winter Park, FL. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for Accounts payable and Accounts receivable, working with accounting software, conducting accounting tasks, finance-related duties, and bookkeeping responsibilities.
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. You will be required to work during these hours, 25-30 hours per week. Could possibly turn into a full-time position.
Requirements:Qualifications
- Financial Statements, Accounting, and Bookkeeping skills
- Experience with Accounting Software
- Knowledge of Finance principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must know QuickBooks
