Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and industrial systems.
- Identify and mitigate maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems while performing warranty services.
- Test and troubleshoot installations post-completion.
- Follow safety protocols and uphold hazard prevention standards.
- Be available for overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
- Journeyman's License or willingness to pursue.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn advanced boiler/burner technology and troubleshooting.
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
