Data Entry Specialist

Southland Holdings is seeking a well-versed Data Entry Specialist individual to join our Accounts Payable team in Grapevine, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Collect and enter data into databases
• Conduct basic mathematical calculations as needed
• Assist with order entry and processing
• Organize and maintain files and records
• Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats
• Provide administrative support as necessary
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience TimberScan Sage
• Previous experience in clerical or data entry roles preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and analysis
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry
• Basic mathematical skills for calculations and analysis
• Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
  

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
