As an Accounts Payable Administrator, your primary duties will include preparing and processing outgoing payments via various methods (checks, ACH, EFT, Wire, etc.), managing payment distribution for multiple companies, and maintaining vendor records, including updating W9 information, federal and social security numbers, contacts, and banking details. You will also be responsible for reviewing and researching vendor statements and tracking outstanding check lists, following up as necessary.
