The EverYou intern will support the team in creating, optimizing and analyzing email campaigns for an e-commerce business where people with cancer can find wigs, headwear, bras, and other post-surgery products. Key responsibilities include drafting email content, designing emails, segmenting audiences, testing subject lines and copy, and reviewing performance metrics. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in email marketing and strategy development for a unique program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Planning: Assist Print and Digital Operations Manager as needed with development and maintenance of content calendar for email campaigns July - December, including promotional emails and product/catalog launches.
- Research and Audience Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify key segments and create tailored email campaigns for different audiences (customers and hospital systems).
- Content Creation: Assist in writing compelling email copy, including subject lines, body text, and calls-to-action (CTAs) that align with EverYou brand voice and marketing goals.
- Email Design & Layout: Collaborate with EverYou and ACS Creative teams to create visually appealing and responsive email templates that work across devices.
- Campaign Execution: Support the scheduling and sending of emails using Klaviyo, EverYou email marketing platform.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, images, and CTAs to determine the best-performing email strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and suggest improvements.
- Automation Setup: Assist in setting up automated email sequences for welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience with Klayvio platform is preferred.
- Knowledge of e-commerce/retail will be helpful.
Position Requirements:
- Must be available for entirety of 8-week program: June 2 – July 25, 2025, at 37.5 hours per week.
- Full-time student, if you are an undergraduate student, you have completed your freshman year of college.
- Have a minimum of a B average (cumulative 3.0 on 4.0 scale);
- Plan to continue your education in the following term/semester;
- Upload a resume upon application submission.
- Note: an internship assignment may coincide with your last term/trimester as a full-time student, but the internship must be disengaged upon graduation.
The rate for this position is $17/hour. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
