The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the hiring needs in their designated pillar(s) within ACS. This role will manage full life cycle recruiting, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting top qualified candidates to hiring leaders for review. The Recruiter is responsible for building and sustaining our diverse and inclusive workforce and will aid in attracting and engaging high performing talent who will successfully thrive in our mission-driven, people-first organization.

Major Responsibilities
- This is a fully remote position and can be supported from anywhere in the US
- Pipeline Building-
- Manage direct and indirect candidate pipelines to deliver top candidates for each opening in the Development Pillar.
- Actively network and build outreach to grow professional network and position ACS as a top employer in candidate attraction.
- Partner with Manager on high level strategic priorities in hard to hire markets.
- Full lifecycle recruiting
- Support full life-cycle of recruitment including attracting, reviewing, interviewing, assessing and offer negotiations for multiple searches within the Development Pillar.
- Understanding skill needs in relation to the larger organization wide strategy.
- Uncovering traditional and non-traditional skill markets. Hiring for potential and understanding transferrable and adjacent experiences and skills.
- Relationship Management
- Be a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by educating and influencing talent and sharing market trends. Provide an extraordinary hiring leader experience.
- As brand ambassador, provide an extraordinary candidate experience. Keeping qualified candidates highly engaged with the brand for future opportunities.
- Influence the candidates and hiring managers to arrive at accelerated hiring/acceptance decisions.
- Employer Brand and Innovation
- Actively contribute to the creation and execution of employment brand initiatives.
- 3 years of recruitment experience in a progressive corporation and/or agency
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Proven track record of creating a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Exceptional skills at recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring leaders
- Strong negotiation skills to arrive at win/win solutions
- Experience utilizing technology in recruitment, specifically experience in workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
