- Fabricate and modify equipment as necessary to meet operational needs.
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with external vendors for specialized services when required.
- Ensure proper functioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
