Parts Customer Service Representative

Location – Elkhart Indiana Job OverviewResponsible for answering the phone and several other job duties listed below. Throughout these interactions as a Parts Customer Service Representative, you must maintain a high level of professionalism and present American Cargo Group in the best light possible.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Answer the phone and correctly fielding calls and answering as many questions as possible. This is the focus of this position.

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

· Create sales orders in Epicor.

· Collect credit card information for sales orders and process the transactions.

· Invoice retail part sales orders.

· Process and maintain the online web store orders.

· Run credit card reports, along with invoices.

· Running weekly/monthly reports as required

· Help maintain the Customer Service metrics for the department

· Maintain retail parts aging.

· Updating Manage Engine daily.

· Cancel dealers on the Webstore and create logins for dealers on the webstore.

· Maintain webstore pricing.

· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues daily.

· Coordinate with the sales team about parts orders at American Hauler

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Experience with Epicor a plus but not required.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

· 1 year of accounting experience

· 5 years of customer service

· Able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
