💼 What You'll Be Doing:
- Design Beautiful Spaces: Welcome clients into our showroom and guide them through personalized kitchen and bath cabinet designs that blend beauty, function, and creativity.
- Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with builders, remodelers, architects, and homeowners—both in the showroom and out on job sites—to bring their projects to life.
- Sell with Heart: Use your design know-how and sales savvy to craft solutions clients love while growing your own success.
- Stay In Touch: Provide exceptional follow-up and support. You're the kind of person who makes sure no question goes unanswered and no client feels left behind.
🧰 What We’re Looking For:
- Design Pro: You’re fluent in 20/20 design software and can turn ideas into gorgeous renderings with ease.
- Detail-Oriented: You can take precise measurements and place accurate orders without breaking a sweat.
- Experienced & Confident: You bring at least 5 years of combined sales and cabinetry design experience—and your track record speaks for itself.
- People Person: Stellar communication, warm customer service, and a knack for problem-solving are your calling cards.
- Tech-Savvy & Organized: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS, and juggling multiple projects at once—while keeping everything in order.
