About the Role:
Weβre seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Showroom Coordinator to support our Window & Door Department in Bethesda/North Bethesda. This role coordinates showroom appointments, schedules service, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. If you excel at communication, organization, and creating exceptional customer experiences, weβd love to hear from you!
No prior experience with building materials? No problem! We offer comprehensive product training to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
β Coordinate and Schedule Appointments: Manage calendars, showroom meetings, and service schedules efficiently.
β Customer Communication: Answer phones, greet showroom visitors, and provide outstanding service.
β Organize Showroom Literature: Keep literature racks stocked and up to date.
β Support Sales Associates: Assist with administrative tasks and help manage builder and homeowner job folders.
β Maintain Supplies & Systems: Ensure office supplies are stocked and filing systems (digital and paper) are organized.
β Collections & Follow-Ups: Track outstanding orders and conduct follow-ups as needed.
β Email Management: Review, organize, and respond to emails, including confidential information.
β Product Knowledge: Develop a basic understanding of our window and door product lines (training provided).

β Exceptional Communication Skills: Professional, friendly, and clear communication.
β Strong Organizational Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
β Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Excel, Word, and POS systems.
β Reliability & Independence: Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
β Clean Background: Ability to pass a criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screen.

β Competitive Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 annual equivalent (hourly).
β Full-Time Flexibility: Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, but with some flexibility to accommodate business and personal needs.
