Role Summary
Our mission is to accelerate organizational change and drive efficiencies. Our team members leverage a Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) framework that requires strong investigative and communication skills to understand business operations and objectives. You will lead or participate in engagements to assess the current environment, research industry best practices, and recommend strategic and tactical solutions to support American Century Investments' future direction.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate interviews and workshops to document current data, technology, and processes.
- Analyze existing process models, architectures, data, business rules, metrics, and artifacts, and assess their relationship to existing ACI capabilities.
- Research technologies, internal partnerships, data solutions, and industry best practices to recommend future state visions for improvement.
- Produce and present high-quality presentation decks to business leaders, documenting the current state and future state vision.
- Stay updated on current Financial Industry solutions and trends.
- Act as the BPR Engagement lead, managing projects and relationships.
- Understand ACI's enterprise architecture with general knowledge of enterprise tools and data models.
- Grow a network of internal and external contacts, and industry consultants.
