The Sales Enablement Analyst will be an integral part in supporting the Global Distribution business. They will be responsible for implementing tactical initiatives via sales enablement technology and process solutions.
We’re looking for an intellectually curious, energetic, self-starter with strong analytical skills and knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem as well as other related sales technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Support plans to drive American Century and Sales Leadership objectives
- Focus on the Global Institutional business, but assist with initiatives across all sales teams
- Collaborate with business partners to help drive execution of strategic initiatives
- Partner with the Data Analytics team to provide insights and information to sales teams
- Assist with alignment and maintenance of territory strategies
- Develop an understanding of existing resources and aid the training of sales teams on efficient usage of technology, tools, and data
- Handle various ad hoc tasks and initiatives related to Sales Enablement
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and ensure projects meet deadlines
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and CRM knowledge
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, working with sales professionals and team members across regions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Asset Management / Financial services experience preferred but not required.
- Analytical work experience in sales or strategy consulting
- Demonstrated quantitative and data manipulation skills.
- Exceptional work ethic, positive attitude and collaborative team-oriented disposition
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to grasp and distill complex concepts
- Self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is required
- Advanced requirement documentation skills and the ability to explain them
- Excellent attention to detail with a high standard for precision
- Resourceful, solutions-oriented problem-solver with the ability to prioritizes tasks and meet deadlines.
- High degree of discretion with the ability to handle proprietary and/or sensitive information regularly and with integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products
