Superintendent/Builder - Residential Construction

American Classic Homes, LLC is a growing regional builder in the Jacksonville Florida area. We build throughout all of Duval, St. Johns, and Clay counties on single (in-fill) lots, multi-family developments and subdivisions. ACH, LLC is investor backed and works alongside Jacksonville Wealth Builders, other various property management companies and small investors in our area. We are family owned and locally operated.

We are looking for experienced Superintendents for ALL areas in Jacksonville.

Looking for applicants with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent/Builder in residential new home construction. Quality, cleanliness and on time scheduling need to be the norm. You must be able to coordinate all activities of new home construction process, including scheduling trade-partners/subcontractors, resolving day-to-day problems on the job site, and inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the construction and completion of quality homes in specified time frame set by the Company
• Oversee and schedule all construction related activities
• Work directly with trade-partners
• Manage the completion of punch-out and Quality Assurance at end of build
• Complete hand over walk with investor upon completion

Qualifications:

We are seeking experienced Superintendents who:

• Have excellent organizational skills
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Have experience in scheduling, quality control, production in all phrases of residential construction, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Have a thorough knowledge of construction trades, and county inspections
• Have an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $62,400.00 per year
