About the Role :
As a Floor Crew Supervisor / Lead , you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians while ensuring that floors in commercial spaces look their absolute best. You'll be hands-on in the field, working alongside your crew and leading by example to deliver outstanding results.
What You'll Do :
Lead and train a team of floor technicians in floor care best practices
Oversee & perform floor cleaning, carpet care, stripping, scrubbing, waxing, and grout cleaning
Manage schedules & workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
Troubleshoot & problem-solve floor care challenges on-site
Monitor quality control and ensure customer satisfaction

What You Bring :
- Previous experience in commercial floor care (carpet, tile, VCT, natural stone)
- Leadership experience and the ability to train others
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset

- A valid driver's license & reliable transportation
