Description : Primary Purpose :

The Enterprise Systems Specialist supports CHEST day-to-day operations using our suite of SaaS platforms. This position is an enterprise-wide subject matter expert and collaborates with internal stakeholders and third party vendors to fulfill requests and implement front-end bug fixes and new features.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate a passion for crushing lung disease and embody CHEST values : honor the team, lead with integrity, leverage passion, cultivate innovation, and have serious fun.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for one or more systems utilized by CHEST
• Contributing to an Agile / Scrum work environment by facilitating scrum ceremonies and serving as the Scrum Master.
• Contribute to the design of new systems by analyzing requirements, needs, capabilities, and gaps.
• Contribute to improvement of existing systems by analyzing current processes, practices, and technologies. Conceptualize and recommend potential modifications and / or alternatives.
• Plan and monitor projects, track activities, resolve barriers, publish progress, and recommend actions.
• Triage and prioritize requests. Understand deadlines and support organizational priorities.
• Organize and Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document functionality against requirements, and test functionality against SOPs and expectations.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional user groups.

Additional Information

The annual base salary range for this position is USD $76,000 to USD $80,000. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, or other items. CHEST considers factors such as, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity, and market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
