Our Data Engineering Team is seeking a Summer Intern interested in working with a variety of teams, gathering requirements, communicating them to other engineers, as well as working on implementation for these tasks. It also involves working with various AWS services including but not limited to S3, AWS Glue, AWS AppFlow and Lambda.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements
- Understanding various deployment environments
- Working with our existing DevOps tools
- Understand our current Data & AI projects including LLM pipelines.
- Work on continuous integration and continuous delivery of these projects.
This role would require working with the following tools and services: AWS S3, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Azure pipeline, GitHub, Nexus repository, Nexus IQ scan, and AWS CloudFormation.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent major.
- Must be good at programming, ideally Python & SQL.
- Hands-on expertise with Versioning tools preferably GitHub, and Nexus Repository.
- Have a clear understanding and some hands-on experience with CI/CD tools available in AWS and Azure.
- Strong attention to detail, good work ethic, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and good communication skills
- Solve novel and complex business problems with high quality maintainable code.
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
What to Expect
- We will be conducting interviews beginning in March
- Our intention is to extend an offer for this opportunity by mid-April
- Interns will join the team on May 19th and conclude their experience on August 8th

ACR is committed to a total rewards compensation philosophy. ACR’s goal is to pay competitively and equitably. Interns work a 32.5 hour work week, from 5/19/25 – 8/8/25, with every Friday afternoon off! Depending on class level, a reasonable estimate of the hourly compensation range for this position is $18.00 – $22.00.
